Every Garage Defense plan is self-sufficient at the customer access layer. Primary delivery is via Platform UI deployed in customer's AWS GovCloud tenant. When the primary channel is unavailable - customer cloud outage, network degradation, forward-deployed conditions with no computer access - secondary delivery via Garage Defense secure phone infrastructure continues uninterrupted. No single point of access failure.
