US-Sovereign by Design

Not just American. Resilient across every critical dependency layer.

Mission capability cannot depend on a single external permission layer.

When an upstream dependency fails - model access, cloud infrastructure, data supply, positioning signals, communications, or customer access - the platform still has to operate.

That is the difference between a sovereign claim and a sovereign architecture.

Garage Defense is built around one question:

If a critical dependency is disrupted, does the mission still continue?

Our answer is yes.

Sovereignty means survivability

Modern defense AI is not one model, one cloud, one data feed, or one interface. It is a stack of critical dependencies.

If any single layer becomes unavailable, restricted, degraded, or unsuitable for the mission, the system must continue delivering operational value.

Garage Defense is designed from day one to reduce single points of failure across the full mission architecture.

US-domiciled data infrastructure

Garage Defense prioritizes US-domiciled data providers and US-based redundancy across critical data layers.

The goal is simple: keep the mission independent from fragile, foreign, or single-vendor dependencies wherever possible.

Domain-specialized AI

Garage Defense combines frontier AI models with internally developed domain-specialized models, agents, and orchestration systems.

Customers are not locked into one foundation-model provider, one policy regime, or one access pathway.

If a model vendor changes terms, deployment rules, availability, or usage restrictions, mission capability must continue.

Resilient US alternative PNT

Garage Defense is designed for GPS-degraded and GPS-contested environments through US alternative-PNT signal sources and hardware-agnostic integration.

Positioning, navigation, and timing should not depend on adversary-controlled GNSS for mission continuity.

Sovereign AI engineering

Garage Defense develops and operates its own AI engineering, developer-agent, and orchestration capabilities internally.

The ability to maintain, adapt, and deploy the platform remains US-based and self-sufficient.

US operational resilience

Garage Defense is designed around US personnel, US-based operations, and AWS GovCloud deployment patterns.

The platform is built to remain reachable across degraded conditions - whether through analyst workflow, data feed, cloud deployment, or secure voice-based access.

Self-sufficient customer access

Every Garage Defense plan is designed to remain accessible even when the primary interface is unavailable.

Primary delivery is through the Garage Defense Platform UI deployed in the customer’s AWS GovCloud tenant.

When that channel is degraded - cloud outage, network disruption, forward-deployed conditions, or no computer access - secondary delivery through secure phone infrastructure keeps the mission connected.

Designed for disconnected, degraded, intermittent, and low-bandwidth environments.

Including the moments when the operator only has a phone.

AI resilience. US AI resilience.

AI resilience means the platform can survive foundation-model disruption.

US AI resilience means the platform can survive at the national capability layer too: data, models, positioning, engineering, operations, and access.

These are not compliance features added later.

They are build constraints from day one.

Sovereign is not a slogan. It is an architecture.

Garage Defense is built so that when a vendor, signal, network, or access layer changes, the mission does not stop.
